Nothing at all. Gross and expensive!
First, they tried to put us in a room with no real window. I asked to be moved and the guy already had the key because he knew we would want to be moved. Both rooms were in the attic. Without a/c it is way too hot there to sleep. They did have a small fan, which saved us. Since the room was in the attic, the bathroom ceiling was too small for us to stand up in. Very uncomfortable to use the bathroom at all. You can only sit in the bathtub. Breakfast was a joke!!!!!!!!!!!! Cup of coffee, juice and pre-packaged croissant served in the room. Very expensive for the conditions. Mosquitoes were crazy so bring a lot of bug spray. This also saved us since you cannot shut the windows in the attic or you will die of heat.

I really appreciated the terrace in my my last floor room. The ladies were nice, even if they didn't really speak English. The room was clean, the bathroom was big and toilets were clean. Breakfast is indeed small but it was enough for me and for the little price I paid for my room (room with a big bed).
We can hear the plumbing of other rooms... Quite disturbing when someone take a shower late in the night. In that room, bath tube was just under the roof so if you are tall, you can only take your shower sat in the bath tube. You have to give your keys to reception each time you leave

Quiet and the staff were quite pleasant and helpful
Bedroom 350 built by Laurel and Hardy 1) Door handle fell off. 2) Plug socket by bed came out of the wall. 3) Toilet seat loose and wandered around the rim. Dangerous. 4) Shower head not correct for fitting and kept falling off. Dangerous. 5) No where to put soap in shower. Dangerous. 6) Water trickled out sometimes and was not always hot and then came hot. Dangerous. 7) Sheet on the bed had a rip in. 8) Some days no toilet paper or towel for the floor to stand on after showering. Got my own from the store room next to my room. 9) Room got cold some nights and could not turn the radiator up. 10) Breakfast is in a corridor!!!!!!..............and very poor. Had to find somewhere to get a proper breakfast each day.

The location is great, 5 minutes by foot to the nearest metro station, Loretto (M1, M2). The room was clean, with big flat TV, and a private bathroom. The bed linens were also very good. Francesco was very helpful, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel after check out.
A little bit poor breakfast. 1 croissant per person with a coffee. There is only one option for breakfast and is sweet.

The room was clean, the woman working in the hotel was very nice, some people may call her unfriendly, but i think it's because she can't speak English very well and she's not confident, the connection to the metro is good (5 minutes), this hotel is a nice place for a short trip to Milan when you don't want to spend a lot of money
No air conditioning (but ventilator), we can't open the door to the balcony , there was 1 croissant and 1 cup of coffee for breakfast, the woman can't speak English so we had to use sign language

hotel is very small, friendly staff, quite clean. our double room had what we needed. we could borrow an iron and a hair dryer for free, there was free wifi.
breakfast: our table was exactly near the door of the commune toilet, there were only yogurt, croissants, water, juice and coffee.

Nice place, friendly, very close to transport hub, full air con in room, excellent value.
A few minor repairs needed - shower curtain, shower head hanging, but all working fine. Still excellent value for 2 star hotel. Would reccommend it.
